How I Fell in love with books

Who remembers their first book? What made you start reading? Studies aside, you can really have fun by reading. Some people have fun studying too.

For me, it all started with Champak books. They are cool. If I could, I would write COOOOOOL. Because most stories in this book are told by animals. And I loved reading those.

Then there’s Tinkle. It’s so cute that you have no choice but to keep reading.

Chandamama, a classic that starts with Vikram Vetaal is just awesome. I remember reading all kinds of folk stories and also learning life lessons.

These were my first reading memories. Later in eighth grade, I read A Brief History of Time and from then, I was on the road of no return.

My friend introduced me to some of my favorite series. Like Vampire academy, Beautiful Creatures, and Flower shop Mysteries.

Then I started reading without asking for recommendations. My first series was the Harry Potter series. When I was still reeling from the fact that the main characters could in fact be killed, I read the Divergent series.

People from the Divergent fandom could predict my reaction. Haha.

I will write my feelings about each series in later posts and we can discuss our favorite books.

I like the unexpected in books. Like Six of Crows, and The False Prince, there are many Chinese webnovels that are just mindblowing.

I’ll get into details in later posts, trust me.

So, my readers, let’s talk about your favorite books in the comments. And also, maybe introduce ourselves.

Keep smiling.
