I thought I saw a shooting star
But it was a meteor, right?
I’m hoping to find a galaxy
But all I find is this streetlight

So I’ve got to search for my star
That’s shining on me even when I don’t see
I’m searching for the star
That shines the light on my life
When I drown in my hate
The star that keeps twinkling
Happiness it’s sprinkling

That star I’m searching
I’m still waiting
I’ve been lost till now
My star found the way back

My star is a superstar
Maybe someday a nova or a black hole
But today isn’t over
I’m looking for my soul you stole

I’m looking for a shooting star
Only to find it a meteor, right?

My stars always had my back
When I forget my life plan
This star knows the hack
To teach me that I can

Do whatever my mind wants
Learn any new skill I see
Even when I fail at a glance
The locks open without the key
My star follows me
To do what I hope to be

Wishing my star to always stay
With me, till the end of the day
And then come back I’m the night
So I’ll be with my star
Following the trail of the light

So I am thinking have you ever talked to a star? Maybe when you were a kid? This song is my story about a person talking to his star. Maybe if I make a music video, in the starting, the star would be in the sky, but slowly it comes to meet this person and then they stay together. Won’t it make a cute story? I hope that it’s not done, already. Because ideas are in the air, right?
